Machine Operator I

Sets up, operates and performs basic maintenance on a variety of specialized production and non-production equipment. May sort, load, unload, check and inspect. Instructs and directs one or more associates. Keep necessary records, reports rejects and failure patterns.

Technical Leader

Under the supervision of the Waco Site Leader, the Technical Leader is principally responsible for ensuring the assets are running with the highest efficiency possible. They will lead improvement projects and will be deeply involved in developing new products.

Product Development Engineer

With general direction from Sales, Manufacturing and R&D management, the R&D Associate Engineer performs a variety of engineering functions in terms of designing, planning, implementing, and constructing new and innovative samples on various types of nonwoven equipment.
